Oslo Visitor Centre

Official tourist information centre for Oslo

Pop in for friendly, reliable advice on everything from where to get the best view and find the newest boutique shops to where to park for local attractions. The staff have an in-depth knowledge of the area and will not only be able to help you with things like booking the best B&B for you but give you all kinds of insider tips for discovering the area’s hidden gems too.

Oslo Visitor Centre stays open every day, all year, right outside Oslo Central Station.

Oslo Visitor Centre is located in Østbanehallen next to Oslo Central Station. Entrance from Jernbanetorget (the square with the tiger sculpture) or from inside the hall.

    The employees know and love Oslo, and will do their best to help you make the most of your stay.

    We have free city mapsbicycle mapsthe Oslo Guide, and brochures for activities, attractions and sightseeing tours.

    We sell maps of Norway, Oslo postcards, and beautiful handmade gifts from the Church City Mission. 

  • Free wi-fi 
    Connect with your own phone, tablet or laptop. 

    You will also find different screens and tablets in the visitor centre where you can find information and inspiration for your visit.
